We recently sat down with our Head of Litigation, Jess Kelleher, to chat through the incoming duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment at work.

Jess shares her knowledge about the current laws on sexual harassment, her thoughts on the new duty for employers, and the proactive reasonable steps that can be taken now. She also explains the new power for employment tribunals to uplift compensation by up to 25% in successful claims. It’s well worth a watch below!
